How do I install a wa handle?

What size handle do I need?
Handle size depends on your blade length. As a general guide:
- S (90–130mm): Petty knives, small utility knives
- M (130–180mm): Santoku, Nakiri, Bunka
- L (180–240mm): Gyuto, Sujihiki
- XL (240mm+): Large Gyuto, specialty knives
