Horn and Grain is operated by Gtecom LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Orders are made and dispatched from our workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Shipping rates
We ship worldwide at a single flat rate of $8.99 USD, and shipping is free on orders of $100 USD or more before the offer. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Total time to your door is production time plus transit time.
Production time
- Every handle is made to order. We hold no finished stock. Whether you choose a design from our shop or build your own in the configurator, your handle is cut and fitted to your knife after you buy it.
- Allow 5–10 business days at the bench once we have what we need to start, including a confirmed starter socket route where eligible, not from the day you order. Measurements and photos are optional before buying. Under the terms applying to new orders, an eligible knife with nothing received three days after payment proceeds with a deliberately small starter socket, filed to fit by you; knives we fit by hand receive an email from the owner instead.

Peak season is mid-November to mid-January and the weeks around Lunar New Year. Outside it, allow the usual window; in peak season we quote the slow end and let the tracking tell the real story. We ship with YunExpress. Customs inspection and public holidays can still add time.
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number when your order leaves the workshop. International tracking can take a few days to start updating, and often goes quiet while a parcel is in transit between countries. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Please read this before ordering. Your parcel ships internationally from Vietnam. Depending on where you live, you may have to pay import duty, VAT, GST or a carrier handling fee before your parcel is released. These charges are set by your own government, are not included in the price you pay us, and are your responsibility as the importer.
- We declare every parcel accurately, at the price paid, with a correct description of the goods. We cannot mark an order as a gift or under-declare its value.
- If you refuse a parcel or do not pay the import charges and it is returned to us, we will refund the item price less our outbound and return shipping costs.
- If a parcel is destroyed or seized by customs and not returned to us, we cannot refund it.
Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@hornandgrain.com immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it, and we are not responsible for orders lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the handle before doing anything else and email us within 14 days of delivery. If your parcel has not arrived and tracking shows no movement for 10 business days beyond the estimate above, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace it or refund you in full.
Delays
If we expect your order to take materially longer than the estimate above, we will email you before your dispatch date with a revised date, and you may cancel for a full refund at that point if the new date does not work for you.
