Ready-to-ship handles
If a ready-to-ship handle arrives damaged or is materially different from the listing, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Custom work
Custom orders are made to the knife measurements, material direction, and fit notes you approve before production. Once custom production begins, custom orders are generally not refundable unless there is a workmanship issue or the finished handle does not match the agreed order details.
